I consider Gorsuch to be to the LEFT of Roberts, and there’s a slight chance Kavanaugh is as well.
I think you are going to be surprised and find that Gorsuch ruling with Alito and Thomas, Kavanaugh wasn’t worth the stinking fight to put him there and Amy hasn’t looked promising either!!
Do we need to guess how the Supreme Clowns will rule on this?
Gorsuch has already voted to Robert’s left on at least three notable cases, including one that was a 5-4 victory for the Left because Roberts voted with the GOP bloc but Gorsuch joined the commies. And on another case, it was a 5-4 victory for conservatives only because Ruth Bader Ginsburg voted with the GOP judges, so Gorsuch was more liberal than Roberts AND Ruthie on that particular case.
No review of the 2020 election...and amnesty for 30 million wetbacks. Just goes to prove my claim that 98% of American lawyers are psychopaths.
