Without police how will they enforce a police state. Note the discrepancy between the cop who rightfully shot this piece of scum and the cop who shot Alishi Babbit. One was unarmed and trespassing (at worst) and the other was doing his job and confronting a violent criminal. This is a lesson aimed for the police.
