A New York mayoral candidate and ex-MSNBC contributor who wants to end 'racist' testing to determine who gets into the city's elite schools had her own daughter use the program - while her other daughter attends a $51,000-a-year private school.
Maya Wiley called for the abolition of the city's Gifted and Talented program to identify high-achieving students and the removal of all forms of pre-admission testing, claiming they entrenched 'white privilege'.
Despite this, she sent her eldest daughter to Mark Twain Intermediate School for the Gifted and Talented, using the exact program she wants to abolish.

Can’t have accelerated programs as they aren’t fair to brain dead morons.
One of the biggest mistakes of my life was to not attend Brooklyn Tech HS after I had passed the test and been accepted.
Competent education for me...but none for thee.
By the end of year one of the post-test era the schools will be crime-ridden with vandalized facilities and widespread victimization of the insufficiently-colored, overly studious students in higher years. Some parents will have pulled their kids out and enrolled them in private schools, morale will decline amongst the rest.
By the time the first post-test cohort limps toward graduation, aided by the heavy hand of affirmative action pushing the scale all the way down, the former “elite schools” will be just another DNC madrassa. Destroyed in just a few years.
While Asians score higher than Whites and claim their rightful place at these discriminating institutions that use testing as a condition of enrollment.
