Their problem has always been that their entire national identity is comprised of being ‘not American’. So, while we (finally) loosen up and start ending lockdowns, they have to go into harder and harder forced lockdowns.

...otherwise, how could they claim to be ‘Canadian’?

It’s not that way in Alberta, they tried to get a bit crazy, but we aren’t having it. It’s going to get a lot messier though.
