PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) -- The Arizona Department of Public Safety said they were forced to release over a dozen undocumented immigrants in Chandler on Friday morning due to a lack of federal assistance.
DPS said they requested assistance from ICE and U.S. Border Patrol to take custody of the individuals but both agencies declined the request. The trooper who stopped the vehicle impounded the vehicle, cited the driver, and the department was "forced" to release the undocumented immigrants. Arizona's Family reached out to ICE for a statement and more information.

I’m guessing none of our “representatives” in Washington would care to comment on this, except perhaps to welcome the new voters.
Deport them without help then.
Summary deportations for all Illegal Aliens should be the rule. Seize and sell off their possessions found in this country too while we have civil forfeiture around.
Right back to the Bush Plan for North Mexico that was the policy through President Trump’s four predecessors.

The Loves truck stop at I-10, 2 miles South of I-10/Ray Rd, has had many children, teens, and probable young adults, (some barefoot - many with bags or packs), running through for weeks.
I had a very dirty little boy, run out of the men’s room, and in spanish ask for help. He was probably about 4-5 years of age. Soon after, while I was trying to figure out what a customer like me was to do, two more little kids ran through barefoot, running across the parking area, and toward what looked like a teenager with tattoos from head to toe, who was also carrying a pack, and moving North toward Chandler, from the reservation the truck stop is located.
A number of people were on the phone talking to police.
I have seen this a few times over the past couple of months.
The buses are going down to the border empty, and coming back toward Tuscan and Phoenix full.
baloney, just a few years ago it was opposite, Police would release them without giving ice timely notice etc. I think it’s just a change of wording in reporting so Ice looks bad, still. Before they made ice look slow or weak, now they make it look like ice wont help. That is exactly what is happening.
Judicial Watch reported a couple days ago that Texas and Louisiana are suing the Department of Homeland Security because DHS refuses to pick up illegal immigrant criminals from TX and LA jails.
The states have no legal choice except to release these bad guys after they have served their state prison sentence!
Legally, the state has no authority except to briefly detain illegal immigrants until the Feds show up.
A state can arrest and imprison an illegal immigrant if he has violated state law.
But, when the illegal immigrant has served out his sentence, the state cannot continue to hold him if the Feds refuse to take him.
Name the US citizen who was the driver. Let some of his neighbors who have been robbed, made sick, raped, etc. have a little tet-a-tet with him.
