I know there’s controversy with her and trans gender athletes.If she had signed that bill, it would have opened the state to unrestricted lawfare. She made the right decision to send it back.

Curious about the progress of those style revisions.
Unfortunately, Noem didn’t make a convincing case when she recently appeared on Tucker Carlson’s show. Perhaps she didn’t yet have a solution to the problem.
