Pfizer vaccine may put people at higher risk for COVID variants, Israeli study shows

April 14, 2021 (Children’s Health Defense) — A new study by Israeli researchers found that a South African variant of COVID may put people who have been vaccinated with the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine at higher risk of breakthrough infection compared to unvaccinated people.
The study also showed an increased incidence of the UK variant in those who received one dose of the Pfizer shot.

The study, released April 10, reviewed the positive COVID-19 test results of 800 people — 400 people who tested positive for COVID 14 days or more after they received one or two doses of the Pfizer vaccine against 400 unvaccinated people to see if those vaccinated were more likely to be infected with the UK or South African variant compared with unvaccinated individuals.

The South African variant, B.1.351, was found to make up about 1% of all COVID cases across all the people studied, according to the study by Tel Aviv University and Israel’s largest healthcare provider, Clalit.
But among patients who had received two doses of the vaccine, the variant’s prevalence rate was eight times higher than in those unvaccinated — 5.4% versus 0.7%, Reuters reported.

For those who are interested in medical studies regarding Coronavirus and vaccines, the following 2012 research study showing that vaccines for Coronavirus / SARS are not feasible because they cause vaccine induced immunopathology in test subjects. In other words, Coronavirus vaccines cause hypersensitivity to future Coronaviruses. Is this why we are seeing increased rates of infection after vaccine?

I was reading some commentary last fall. Maybe it was here on FR; not sure. They were speculating that maybe the stories from China during the early days of the COOF craziness of people dropping in the streets may have been people who received mRNA vaccines in 2012. The stories could have been written off as paranoia at the time. They made the argument that the stories and vids of these people were eerily similar to stories of people dropping in the streets during the Spanish Flu epidemic and that it added credence to the concerns about immunopathology from the “vaccines” that were being rushed in to production at the time..

Jeez, will the attempts to mislead people about COVID-19 vaccinations never end.

The reference study, which was actually well designed for its purpose, can apparently be easily misunderstood by a casual reader or used by some to completely mislead.

Following is a summary of the study that I posted several other times to try to clarify the study:

The folks who conducted the study picked 400 UNVACCINATED people who TESTED positive for COVID-19. They may or may not have been symptomatic. Of these 400 COVID-19 “cases”, 0.7% (probably 3 cases) were of the South African variant and 99.3% (probably 397 case) were of other COVID-19 variants as determined by molecular testing. These 400 cases represent the “control” and should roughly show the size of the South African variant circulating in Israel as a percentage of COVID-19 cases. As the “control” population of 400 COVID-19 infected people UNAFFECTED BY PRIOR VACCINATION it will be what is used to “measure” how effective the vaccine is for both South African and non South African variants. If the vaccine is equally effective against both variants we’d expect to see similar breakdown (i.e., 99.3% and 0.7%) in the vaccinated group below.

The folks who conducted the study ALSO picked 400 VACCINATED (not necessarily fully vaccinated with 2 shots) people who also had TESTED positive for COVID-19 subsequent to their vaccination. They also may or may not have been symptomatic. Of this 2nd group of 400 COVID-19 “cases”, 5.4% (probably 22 cases) were of the South African variant and 94.6% (probably 378 case) were of other COVID-19 variants. This study (well designed, IMHO) has results that CLEARLY show that the South African variant is clearly much more likely to “breakthrough” than are the non South African variants. THAT’S ALL IT SHOWS AND THAT WAS WHAT IT WAS DESIGNED TO LOOK FOR. It certainly does NOT show you’re more likely to get infected by the South African variant if you’re vaccinated than if you were NOT vaccinated as some of the MATH CHALLENGED are alleging.

If the fake statistics are correct and the suppression of any negative news about the experimental vaccines do not matter then your mom will be just fine. Unfortunately, my mother who is also in her 80s started having severe problems about a week after she got her first shot. She went from a very active lifestyle going to the YMCA and on long walks every day to not being able to get from her bed to the bathroom without assistance. She cries and tells us that she is in so much pain that she just wishes that she could die. She lost so much weight that she looks like a little death camp survivor.

Her doctors were no help at all and we all thought that she was going to die. After a month and a half she finally seems to be getting a little better, but at her age I do not know how long it will take for her to get her muscle mass back after getting so skinny.

They only found 8 people with the South African variant.

“Based on patterns in the general population, we would have expected just one case of the South African variant, but we saw eight,” Stern told The Times of Israel. “Obviously, this result didn’t make me happy.”

Sorry to hear that. My 89 year old mother had two shots and shurgged it off. Around the same time two women in the assisted living in their 80's tested positive and they were fine too. The issue is a tradeoff of the risks. Among the whole population the shots seem to have 1 in a million to 10 in a million complications. Getting COVID results in about 1 in 100 complications.

But you also need to know your chance of getting COVID. That's very hard to estimate. Whereas your mother's chance of getting the vaccine was 100%. Finally you have to consider that everyone is individual and there's a pretty good chance that COVID complications and vaccine complications may be correlated for any one individual. In that case your mother or anyone else is probably better off with the vaccine.

Sorry Palmer... there are inconsistencies in the reported problems with the experimental vaccines and the numbers that you have just quoted... Most reports of adverse affects have been banned from YouTube, Twitter, Google, big tech and et.al... for the “public good”. Do I need to remind you that the distribution of one of the experimental vaccines was just “put on hold” because of a high rate of dangerous “complications”. The formulation and mechanism by which it is suppose to work is very similar to the other two. Does 1 in a million to 1 in 10 million sound like a high rate of dangerous complications to you?
