Within two months, America will know whether or not Trump is returning to office
NOQ Report ^ | April 15, 2021 | Ethan Huff

Posted on 04/15/2021 6:57:07 AM PDT by Dr. Franklin

CDMedia spoke the other day with former Overstock.com CEO Patrick Byrne who stated that he believes the world will know within the next two months whether or not Donald Trump is returning to the White House to oust Joe Biden.

Byrne has been leading a cyber investigative team that includes numerous well-known “patriots” who have been fighting to overcome the coup that was perpetrated on the American people by the Biden regime.

The 2020 election was clearly stolen and Byrne and his allies believe the truth will come out within the next several months, if not the next several weeks.

“We have irrefutable proof,” Byrne says. “It is shocking what happened and who was involved. The information will all come out over the next few weeks. No one will be able to say this is not true.”

When asked about MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell’s recent comments about Trump being fully back in office by August, Byrne said that “that’s Lindell being Lindell.” At the same time, Lindell’s proposed scenario is not necessarily out of the question.

“This information is so earth-shattering that, yes, it is possible Trump could be back in the White House by the fall,” Byrne says. “We will reveal the truth. The remedy is up to the American people.”

Those crazy Russians are probably half-right. I mean the USSR may be officially gone, but the same Communist Party apparatchiks are running the country still.

Nixon resigned and Ford became president.

They are much more devious than we are, that is why we keep losing ground. They first destroyed Nixon's VP and replaced him with their Rino Ford as VP, then went after Nixon. Harris was Biden's insurance, but I doubt it will save him because alzheimer's is relentless.

This was always going to involve a military intervention

The only way the Military would have gotten involved would have been to oust Trump. If the Military was on his side, he wouldn't have left office.

remove them both, and the R speaker becomes POTUS.

There has been rumblings of a move to make Trump speaker if they manage to win back the House.

Agree.
Make the Dems in our midst see the fraud and question the outcome. Relatives, associates.

Yes, and let the Bernie Bros see that they were cheated too. Let the voters in the Dem controlled states and cities see how they have held on to power undemocratically with fake elections and dead or fake voters. Let them understand why They live in such high poverty and crime as the Dems conspire with China to export jobs and import illegal workers.

Now the heavy propaganda is on to make Americans believe "as was proven to be an attempt to overthrow the legitimate election victory" and "yet another crazy right wing conspiracy that has been disproven."
Thus, why "improve" the wonderful fair election ballot counting system we have that put Biden in office fairly./S

The day after the election, Fox and others started playing "count every vote" propaganda ads which attempt to persuade people that all of those votes dropped in the wee hours of the morning Nov. 4th were legitimate. It was all part of conspiracy to steal the election, and cover it up.

The whole plan was Trump leaving office. Right now Trump is running a shadow presidency. He and the military are working the plan right now. Bringing down the deepstate is tricky business. The whole cabal has to be taken out not just a few of them. People have to wake up and witness for themselves how horrible these monsters are and we are certainly witnessing it.

That’s not a constitutional remedy, so it won’t work.

The constitution doesn't provide for a lot things, like popular election of the president. The constitution puts few limits on the power of Congress to pass a law like the quo warranto statute, and fewer on the judiciary to interpret it. In a common law system such as ours, the constitution is pretty much what the courts say it is, unless people want to take up arms to decide an issue. (Succession was such a case.) If push comes to shove, an army of phantom voters can't fight.

“The constitution doesn’t provide for a lot things, like popular election of the president”

I think you mean popular election of Senators, since we don’t have popular election of the President. But the Constitution of course does provide for the popular election of Senators, in the 17th Amendment to the Constitution.

“The constitution puts few limits on the power of Congress to pass a law like the quo warranto statute”

Perhaps for ordinary federal officials, but that simply isn’t true when it comes to the President. The Constitution specifies that there are only 2 methods to remove a sitting president, which means that any additional methods must be added through the amendment process, just as the 25th amendment process was added. If what you were asserting were actually true, then Congress could have just passed a regular law to enable removal of an impaired President, but they could not do that, because it would be unconstitutional, just as your “quo warranto” fantasy is.

“Harris would just appoint another VP”

Good point, which I will readily admit I hadn’t considered. I remembered, who was it? Ford, right? When he took over when Nixon resigned, and then there was a lag until he put, who? Nelson Rockefeller, wasn’t it, as veep. But that was a different circumstance I suppose. And maybe the lag wasn’t very long.

That’s OK though, impeach them together. That does force our hand to make it election fraud, but I think that absent rock hard proof of that one or both of them is staying for the next four years. And by “rock hard” I don’t mean what passes muster for SCOTUS, just Congress and THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, who are capable of seeing reason, despite their detractors in the MSM, etc.

IN THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT
Cause No. 17-6553

“Fraud vitiates everything.” Vitiate: “destroy or impair the legal validity of.” Who has the balls to take this to the legal conclusion and make right the illegal election? Nobody.

Certainly not in the manner they seem to think it will.

No, I meant what I wrote, “The constitution doesn’t provide for a lot things, like popular election of the president”

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion;"
U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 4

The Guarantee Clause of the U.S. Constitution is not a fantasy. Either our judges will defend the Republic and a republican form of government or they will not, and the American people must address the issue, as the nation was founded. The Guarantee Clause is more than enough constitutional basis to void a fraudulent election, particularly one with foreign actors, which makes upholding that fraud treason since people have died from the biological attacks.
