UFC strawweight challenger Rose Namajunas says her philosophy is “better dead than red” as she prepares to face champion Zhang Weili at UFC 261.
Weili happens to be the UFC’s first champion from China, and that fact inspires her opponent, Namajunas, according to ESPN.
Namajunas claims she is inspired to take on Weili because her family is from Lithuania, and they understand just how dangerous communism is. And she says that freedom and western values are a “huge motivating factor” for why she is a UFC fighter.

There’s no need to defend something that is accurate
She’s really good, and easy on the eyes. Good for her! China will force corps to disparage her, somehow.
I believe Rose is fighting on the undercard of Jorge Masvidal who campaigned for Trump in Florida.
UFC is the only sport left worth watching.
An honest and brave young woman. How refreshing. I’ll be rooting for Rose.
I'm old enough to remember "kill a commie for mommie!" and IDGAF who that offends. It's true. It's DAMN' TRUE.
You gotta love Thug Rose. It will be a good fight. Zhang is an absolute beast but if anyone can beat her Rose can. Rose is usually pretty quiet and not a trash talker, so she must feel strongly about this.
Totally accurate; throw it in the faces of BLM and the other leftists. The truth, and real history hurts them. I’ve been to Lithuania, seen the museums of the Soviet jails after their invasion where they tortured and murdered the Resistance by the thousands; colder, more sinister places I have never seen.
Rose is an excellent striker and a word class grappler. Zhang is a powerful striker but we have not seen much from her in the grappling department. If Rose can take her down she will make short work of her.
She was, then she shaved her head. I guess some folks find that attractive... not me.
She will win... BIGLY. Unless the judges will be using Dominion machine... 😀
