They might be overreaching here. Might settle for negligence I figure. Never know though. A lot of times if it’s an ‘on view’ arrest whatever they stick you with is what you get.

Technically it’s not an ‘on view’ since she wasn’t arrested on the spot. But being on camera is just as bad usually.

There should be no charges against her. A violent animal tried to flee police and lead them on a high-speed chase. If not for that the officer wouldn't have been forced to take action.
