I’m a merchandiser for a soda company(not coke) and I keep getting sent to another area to cover when other merchandisers quit. The reason they quit is not because they found a better paying job, but because they can’t handle display builds. The last guy was much larger than I, but couldn’t handle building Snapple displays during the slow season. Yet I, 5’7” and 150lbs handle them just fine.

People leave because they either don't want to do the work or want something easier.....

Heck I remember wanting to make more money so I worked five jobs at one time including my full time job....Brutal hours and work but I was bringing in the dough.........one of which was driving scissor lifts and mounting steel t-bars and I'm a petite 110 lb. gal! Only did that for six months because you can't keep it up indefinitely.
