I can actually answer that because the company I work for has an assembly plant in Tijuana which we are having trouble finding workers to fill. Any Central American refugee with the equivalent of an 8th grade education and the willingness to work is welcome to apply.
But for some strange reason, none of them want to. Why do you suppose that it?
