Nearly 50% of all murders are done by 3% of the population... Young black males.
And 40% of all violent crimes. God only knows what percentage of that group resists arrest!
It’s probably even worse than that 3%. Young black males can be further divided into a smaller subset. Pull out the decent Christians, professionals, better educated, married men etc.
It would probably whittle down to half of all murders being committed by 1% of the population. Ghetto, gangsta, urban idiots.
