The mainstream American conservative movement lost control of the narrative long ago. Been doing nothing but giving up ground on various social issues at least since the 60’s. We need to understand WHY it failed before we move forward to something that works. We can’t even seem to be able to do that. Doing so may lead to some uncomfortable truths.
Did it accept one too many premises of the Left to be a viable opposition? Did the likes of William F Buckley and Bill Kristol manage to defang and declaw if of the more radical Right, and thus doomed it to impotence?
We need to understand the scope of the problem.
Biden’s American Jobs Plan would change zoning laws to end single family home neighborhoods and allow for multiple unit “affordable” or low-income rental housing.
Y'know, every neighborhood apart from where Biden, Jarrett, Kerry, Yellen, etc live.
In addition to all this, this administration is putting thousands of illegals on planes (no ID required) to disperse them all over the country.
“Not a problem, what’s IMPORTANT is that we got rid of those two pesky Senate RINOs from Georgia. This is all worth it.”
Sadly, it is sometimes indeed necessary to vote for the lesser evil.
A very large number of people accepted the loss of freedom of association that came with the civil rights laws of the 1960s. The critics were few and increasingly on the margins. There was no mass opposition. At least not publicly.
...the ‘ole demented globalist tool.
This is included in Agenda 2030. Part of the Marxist plan for world government.
The demon cats problem with this runs into a brick wall at the following point
America consists of primarily neighborhoods of single-family homes
What are you gonna do about that Democrats?
I look in cities like San Jose they’ve been tearing down houses and putting up big apartment complexes in condo complexes
But that’s just in the cities
In places like Dublin Pleasanton giant neighborhoods of million dollar huge box single-family homes continue to go up built by giant such as Pulte homes in others
Set a problem for the Democrats and their Marxist games is always the same thing in America
The free market and private property rights
and of course the second amendment
Property value drops like a rock and the neighborhood goes to hell yep Biden skills showing he makes morons proud.

Most of us have, or the country would even be in far worse shape. Reminds me of my kids when they were very young. I’d say, “you can do 45 minutes of math now (using traditional math without calculators, of course), or play with your toys for 30 minutes, and then do 2 hours of math”.
They always chose Option 2, figuring that they’d deal with the ‘problem’ of what comes next, only after it arrives. So now, maybe these yahoos will manage to keep their guns for a while (legal or not), but they’ll have their neighborhoods destroyed right under their noses.
...and, even after seeing what’s happening with Dems running everything, they’ll still find an excuse to sit out the next election, and keep on doing the same.
“What Hitler and Moscow’s commisars could not do the media, academia and Dems have done. Turned the people in vast numbers against America’s idea.”
But I still got to send my kids to those ‘free’ public schools (while I bought that nice boat with the money I saved), so I won out, in the end!!!
Our Count has refused Federal Funding to preclude them from imposing fascist zoning changes.
Just getting the place ready for the preferences of our Chinese replacement population.
My town is 90% white and Asian.
They built two 100 unit subsidized apartment buildings and selected at least 50 Black residents.
Within three years, almost every Black person moved out.
I do not know the reason, but this Congressional District is 80% Democrat, so it certainly was not racism.
Bob, the GOP increased turnout by 11 million votes in 2020.
I have no special insight on the voter fraud issue.
However, 35 years of massive LEGAL immigration have permanently tipped the election scales.
When the Democrats get all their LEGAL voters to the polls, it is almost impossible for Conservatives to win a presidential election or a Congressional majority.
Who would want to invest in building new housing of this type when many people in these types of housing aren't paying their rents because of Covid-19 excuses?

I’m not so sure about that, given just how disgusting the Democrat Party has become. In fact, the ONLY group that moved away from Trump in 2020 were white voters. The rest increased their percentages for Trump, big-time, and enough to offset the dilution of the country.
Race based zoning law are illegal.
That is in a great part B.S. Yes, zoning laws do play a role in lot sizes and other factors, but they are not the driving force in the cost increases of building new residential units in the past few decades. State and local regulations, beyond zoning rules, are the largest factor in construction cost increases.
When friends of mine were building a new home in New Jersey in the middle 1990s, the contractors bills on his regulatory costs were 20% of the total cost of the house. When those same friends were building a new home in southern California in 2014, the contractor told them at the first meeting that they could expect the cost of fees and permits to reach 30% of his total costs.
Nanny state and nitpicking item by item regulations and fees are a large cost unrelated to the actual construction of residential housing and make up a large percentage of total costs. And yes, that condition varies depending on the state. And those direct costs are not all of the added costs, many of which are indirect and related to builders compliance with regulations that cause his costs to be higher (restrictions or mandates on how the land can and cannot be used in the development of the housing unit(s) ) .
For instance ALL new homes in California are required to have solar units capable of 100% of daytime electric use - a $20-35K bill versus $7 to $13 for standard new HVAC systems.
