My experience with Coronavirus vaccines is that they are effective for a year or two and then become ineffective moreso as time progresses. We had one veterinary Coronavirus vaccine for cats that started out at 90% protective at first and within four years was nothing but an irritating nasal spray to the cat. I do not see any difference with the human experience that is coming.

First I have heard of feline coronavirus vaccine - almost all the data I can find is from the 1980s and all for a peritonitis problem.

While felines are mammals its a stretch to compare these live-attenuated vaccines to the new spike protein treatments. But who knows what the duration of effect may be.
