So a hundred million people have had the vaccine. And yet, where I live, in a Repub state, in a Repub county, where masks are not enforced, probably 98% are still wearing masks faithfully.

Its depressing.

My guess is they are being polite and/or non-confrontational. I am simply tired of dealing with it. So, at places where masks are enforced, like Costco, I just comply. They are extremely aggressive about it and since they all say the same thing I suspect they went through training. In the deepest blue of Tallahassee a man shouted at me as I entered Walmart, “Thanks for not wearing a mask!” In truth, I’d just forgotten. In my little rural area the only people still acting like nutty idiots are the vet and the chiropractor.

I only were i to go in buildings where they say “No entry without a mask.” It’s kind of a joke at this point going past people out in the woods wearing a mask.

A vaccine for nothing. For something which does not exist.
