Whatever else McConnell may be, he’s not dumb.

Yep. China Mitch wanted Trump gone more than he wanted to keep the Senate. Mission accomplished.

Why doesn’t Trump say that rather than call him a SOB? Trump refuses to directly engage these GOP swampers over their corruption and it is greatly damaging the MAGA movement.

Even the Loat is now filling up with Leftists.

Trump supporters stormed the Capitol. Seemed like most of them, the Non-ANTIFA ones cSuLly walked in and took pictures.

145 voted to keep Liz Cheney in leadership. ************* There it is. Case closed.

The GOP must go!

IIRC, that's why the USSC found in favor for Bush v Gore because Florida was not following its own Electoral laws. They decided a State can't just ignore their own laws mid-stream.

I don't get why the current Supreme Court didn't just say precedence is set from the above rather than to deny any consideration. It was probably because the cases up the pipeline didn't use that in their lawsuits? I think they were about the fraud.

Am I correct?

I don’t think he much of a choice with some of his picks. If he had tried to get some of the folks that he wants and trusted, the Senate wouldn’t have.confirmed any of them.

And a few others said they could t break away from their private enterprises. Whether that’s true or they just didnt ant to deal with s the BS is something we’ll never know

It’s not like now., where most of the people that CornPop s putting up is getting through with 90 votes or better.

It’s up to us to vote those 145 out.

If I correctly recall, the vote was secret (so much for transparency and trust of us GOP voters); and, Mister McCarthy defended Ms. Cheney. Corrections invited.

This GOP voter would like a full, complete and comprehensive accounting of who said what and who voted how.

“You left out the fat coward Bill Barr.”

Yes, but he had been such a snake from so early on, he did not even enter my mind as someone who would try to stop the steal. He is a traitor, same as McConnell and Sessions.

...it was clear that Pence wasn’t willing to stand on principle in the face of obvious fraud. His voice mattered at the time. It doesn’t anymore.

I agree... you're either there when it matters...or you're not - and Pence wasn't.

I think the Supreme Court can only make judgement on what is presented. The Democrats have honed their election fights over decades. The Trump team had about a month to really pull it together in multiple states. They were outgunned.

“In the Posts opinion Pence didn’t have the authority.”

I’m old enough to recall when it was unusual for a “news” writer to include his or her opinion in the text.

You have to read between the lines of these so-called endorsements. An “endorsement “ is not the same thing as an endorsement.
