I think this gets repeated, because people forget, that Justice O’Connor resigned, and very soon after that Justice Rehnquist died, so that “W” was filling two Supreme Court seats almost simultaneously.
So people get confused as to who replaced whom on the Supreme Court at that time.
What a confused, pathetic person, Justice Roberts is.
Yeah, he sure seems to be owned and operated by someone we definitely wouldn't approve of.....

It should have been 9-0. Very scary.
It would have been a lot easier and more accurate just to say, "The four liberal justices dissented."
Maybe no one will retire or die on SCOTUS until DeSantis gets elected in 2024. I just dont think Trump will run again
And yet four of these politicians in robes voted to allow the government to shut down religion.
We really have a criminal government regardless of this ruling being a win for freedom.
Just one appointment from a SC that has no respect for our Constitution.
