“No amendment to the Constitution is absolute” Even Scalia agreed with that so what is surprising about Biden saying it.urning an American Flag is speech, burning a gay pride flag is a felony. He also decided that reasonable restrictions on gun rights was ok as well. Scalia was just more constitutional than most.
