I want to know is there a difference between rights and law? The Constitution gives you a right. Can a law abolish that same right that the constitution provides you with?

Congress would be the deciding factor, I would imagine, just like it is with adjusting the seats for SCOTUS....not via a damn EO for sure, but yeah, the Left is going to push the boundaries for sure.

The constitution does not "give" you any rights. It simply recognizes the rights you are born with. Laws cannot take those away. Neither can executive orders.

Can a law abolish that same right that the constitution provides you with? No but crooked politicians don't care about the law, they love selective prosecution and made up crimes.
