Why not just ask the girl, was she interviewed or something, filed charges?
Hint: The "girl" is one of his political opponents or related to one! She was not 17, but has a young daughter or niece. The guy trying to extort him (or his father) for $25 mil to release a dead prisoner is actually the one being paid (or extorted) by the deep state. Since Gaetz called him out, instead of taking the easy/cowardly route (Like most RINOs do), the patsy (guy trying to extort Gaetz) is now exposed and expendable. Now the deep state minions are going to comb Gaetz's past to find ANYTHING that they can try to use to say Gaetz is a crook! Whatever they find will be ridiculous, but the "news" networks will play it up like it is huge and say he should resign. (I actually think they already have. That's why it was smart for Matt to call out the deep state operative(s)). gaetz has lawyered up so now the deep state will either hang the operative to dry or he will disappear. If Gaetz files any legal actions as a result, it will be in Florida where the case will magically get moved to DC Circuit for some reason. There a deep state judge will dismiss the case regardless of the law!

Oh yeah. It will come out in the wash that the guy that's trying to extort Gaetz is/was associated with a political group that was opposed to his father when he was a State Senator or whatever he was!
