The parliamentarian ruled that reconciliation can be used on multiple BUDGETARY bills. Traditionally - there’s only been one per year but with the new DNC crisis model they’re running multiples per year now and fiduciary policy is completely non-existent. (Trump didn’t help this at all, let alone the GOP and this creating a ton of gimmedats nationwide)
Frankly I think the whole reconciliation rules should be trashed and Congress should grind to a halt and force them into making sausage again.
