Skin Color (or even gender) is beside the point — JUST DO NOT LOWER HIRING STANDARDS FOR ANYONE. IF THEY CAN DO THE JOB AND MEET THE STANDARDS, HIRE THEM REGARDLESS OF SKIN COLOR OR GENDER.
