In the months following the November election, Raffensperger unbendingly defended the validity of the ballots cast in Georgia. In the process, he emerged as a vocal critic of former President Donald Trump, who repeatedly told Raffensperger that if his office scrutinized the ballots in Fulton County, they would find election cheating.
Favorito believes Raffensperger filed his amicus brief because Trump is right, and the secretary of state has something to hide. Raffensperger is "in coverup mode," alleged Favorito. "There's nothing new in this brief that concerns us. What concerns us is that we have a secretary of state who doesn't believe in election integrity."
File sos-amicus-brief.pdf In his brief, Raffensperger cites Georgia's new election security bill, signed into law by Republican Governor Brian Kemp on March 25, as allowing the "public disclosure of ballot images, but not ballots," meaning the auditors would have access to digital images of the ballots, created by the tabulation machines, but not the physical ballots themselves.
Raffensperger should be on a chain gang. He and kemp were both "bought".
Virtually all those Fulton County folks that handled the last election, along with Raffenblahblah, etc. should be in jail. Just my take.

RaffensJackass was such a big part of the corruption and fraud that went on here in GA, I can’t imagine WHY he isn’t a big part of the investigation and why he hasn’t been charged.
In my opinion Brad Raffensperger and his protege Jordan F. successfully derailed the 2020 election to favor Joe Biden. Jordan F. lied about President Trump’s conversation with her boss Raffensperger. Her lies were the basis for President Trump’s second impeachment by the U.S. House led by Nancy Pelosi.
Obviously election transparency is not desired by Brad Raffensperger or his protege Jordan F.
