Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry (R) have filed suit against The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for “sanctuary country” policies that prevent Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents from arresting, detaining, and deporting most illegal aliens.
In February, top DHS officials announced sanctuary country policies that prevent ICE agents from arresting and deporting about 9-in-10 illegal aliens who would otherwise be deported.
These policies require that ICE agents only prioritize arrest and deportation for illegal aliens who have been recently convicted of aggravated felonies, terrorists, or known gang members. As a result, convicted illegal alien felons are being released into American communities.
Subsequently, Florida, Montana, and Arizona have filed lawsuits against the Biden administration, while Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) has directed state agencies to alert local law enforcement every time a criminal illegal alien is released into their community due to the orders.
Paxton and Landry have filed a similar lawsuit to that of Florida, Montana, and Arizona, arguing that the Biden orders are ensuring that criminal illegal aliens are being “released in local communities” in Texas and Louisiana.
The lawsuit states:
The Biden Administration is refusing to take custody of criminal aliens despite federal statutes requiring it to do so. Instead, Defendants have issued and implemented unlawful agency memoranda that allow criminal aliens already convicted of felony offenses to roam free in the United States. Such aliens belong in federal custody, as Congress required. …
Federal law requires Defendants to take custody of many criminal aliens, including those with final orders of removal, those convicted of drug offenses, and those convicted of crimes of moral turpitude. By refusing to take these criminal aliens into custody, Defendants have disregarded non-discretionary legal duties.

Governors call out the National Guard and escort these busses to the State line.
Governors call out the National Guard to stop aircraft from landing. If they do land then Governors order their State Police to arrest the drivers and pilots of these vehicles and impound the vehicle be it mini van, bus, or aircraft.
Put the invaders on ground transport with the destination being Washington DC, Martha’s Vineyard, the Governors Mansions in blue states, get creative on this. But have the busses under armed escort to the State line. If the driver stops for anything but fuel arrest him or her on the spot.
Governors order their Health Departments to inspect any facilities holding these invaders and shut them down for the slightest violations. Cite operators of said facilities and fine them heavily.
Governors order the business licenses of any entities participating in this invasion revoked. That includes non profits and any “refugee assistance” organization.
Governors order the National Guard to surround these facilities and allow no one to leave.
Governors declare States of Emergency to back all of this up. Dare Biden to do anything about it.

OK all seriousness aside, I like all of that. We have to get serious and stop all this nonsense, we’re being invaded by foreigners who are bringing in diseases wiped out in this country long ago, in addition to kung flu.
While stompy feet was doing this, they had documented cases of TB in holding centers, at least one border patrol agent died from it and at least one serious outbreak of TB, as well as lice, whooping cough, scabies, measles, mumps, chicken pox and a number of other diseases we wiped out many years ago.
Myself, knowing how democrats do things, I think the biden admin is doing this intentionally because the kung flu numbers are going way down and they know the plandemic is gone bye bye. All biden is doing is filling his depends, his cronies are responsible for all of this.
But it seems to me some treason charges should be in someone’s future, and more than one someone. And shut down the political organizations helping them get here. Someone gave them those new, white biden help us t-shirts. This is also a distinct violation of oath of office.
