Nice digs. It’s a shame it will be bulldozed. Not very environmentally friendly of her to sell it for such.
In my neighborhood, they’re bulldozing decent houses left and right to build mcmansions.

Could live in the affordable family slum housing and cut the commute. Their gardeners, maids, sex slaves, dealers, etc. could be just a holler away .... now that’s karma for you. They will have to install signs in Spanish and have a few taco and burrito wagon cruising the area.
