I keep telling people, all it will take to derail this nonsense is for a few lilly-white men to apply for these affirmative action jobs while claiming to be black females. When challenged, simply state that you “identify” as a black female, and challenge them to define what characteristics define a black person or a woman. There’s no way they are going to go anywhere near trying to define what makes a person black or female, because they’ve already cast aside those defining characteristics in pursuit of “wokeness”, and they are deathly afraid of being called “racist” for saying anything that might constitute stereotyping.
They’ve painted themselves into a corner with their claim that people can just “identify” as this or that at will, and it’s time to walk right through that door they’ve opened and crash their demented little party.
