Too many stats just show death rates. There are other potential long term issues to consider
According to the government the Covid19 vaccine...
• does not provide immunity
• does not eliminate the virus
• does not guarantee you won’t get it
• does not stop you from passing it on to others
• does not eliminate the need for travel bans
• does not eliminate the need for business closures
• does not eliminate the need for lockdowns
• does not eliminate the need for social distancing
• does not eliminate the need for masks
And if you experience a severe adverse reaction, long term effects (still unknown) or die from the vaccine there will be no compensation from the vaccine manufacturer or the government as they have 100% zero liability.
Oh yeah. There’s all kinds of studies “proving” that masks are needed, everybody needs to get the vaccine, and a whole lot of other crap. Every time it looks like things are going to go back to normal, the powers-that-be find another way to jerk the rug from under us and start another siege.

You’re making my point for me. That’s not a problem with the vaccine, it’s a problem with bad government and how the vaccine is being used and abused. Saying that the Covid vaccine is bad is like saying that guns are bad because kids get shot. No, the problem is with the jerk that is misusing it.

Yep, I agree. My gripe is that the flu shot is ineffective, for me anyway. A year that I don’t get it is a pretty unusual year. Assuming that it’s the vaccine that prevented it, that makes the flu shot about 10-15% effective, and I’m using generous assumptions to get to that number.

There are plenty of problems with the coronavirus vaccines. France, Germany, Italy, Spain and almost all EU countries banned the coronavirus vaccine for some time because of unfortunate side effects.

COVID-19 vaccines are shotgun blasts being roughly aimed at fleas. They are typical of Bill Gates level thinking: “I’ll darken the sky to stop the sun’s rays & prevent global warming”.
The COVID-19 pandemic is behaving like every other pandemic. The “vaccine” is causing people who would not have died from COVID-19 to die. Worst of all children who have virtually no chance of dying from COVID are being exposed to an untested intervention that has caused hundreds of thousands of side effects. Anyone who understands anything about medicine knows that side effects are often not expressed for years.
How many thousands of children of women who took DES during pregnancy have & will develop clear cell cancers.

Only a bumbling ass like Fauci and the brainless, self interested who follow him would expose young people to an untested vaccine. It is unconscionable, like playing Russian roulette with the gun to someone else’s head. There is too much wrong with the COVID vaccines to discuss in a forum. Were the media not suppressing all negatives you would not make your statement with a straight face. The side effects are so bad that many Nations have suspended various vaccines. And that is just on the basis of immediate catastrophic side effects. Wait ten years.
Absolutely, I agree with all that. When making the case against COVID vaccines, like the title above states, this really should’ve been stated instead of a hit-and-miss litany of complaints that really don’t make a point or support any particular hypothesis. It’s not wrong, it’s just kind of all over the place.
Great, then let’s talk about that. That’s what this forum is supposed to be about, not “you’re an ass if you don’t give me a glowing endorsement”. This is FR, we’re supposed to be better than knee-jerk emotionalism. If we’re just going to act like a bunch of angry liberals on Huffpost, what’s the point? I agree with this post (really, I think it’s the title that’s a fail) and 99% of what people have posted, I just think there’s too much nibbling around the edges and not enough going for the root cause. If you’re going to say the vaccine is bad (and there’s plenty of ammo for that), then make that point, not some side-point about how the government and companies are misusing it. Otherwise, you’re just acting like a gun-control advocate in blaming an inanimate object for inner-city violence. The last thing we need is more of that.

The article is relevant and covers a subset of the issues with COVID-19 vaccine & the Government, MSM response: the overkill of using an untested and reaction prone vaccine for a disease with a 99% cure rate and the fact that steps being taken to “avoid COVID infection” are ineffective & are weakening our immune response, making the disease impact worse.
Any time profit and zealotry control a situation such that dissemination of information & questions are forbidden in order that the population can be controlled, we are well on our way to tyranny. Power & profit are the drivers of COVID policy and people including children are paying a high price.
