It’s a good thing he didn’t have a gun; someone could have been hurt.
I’m surprised the son hasn’t been charged yet. After all, they were running away. Chasing after bad guys with a weapon is apparently against the law. If he had hurt someone with a gun, he certainly would have been charges.
If he had only BRANDISHED the gun he’d be in really hot water with the DA.
