I had thought the tongs and Korean gangs would suppress this kind of action, but a friend pointed out that the tongs make a lot of money supplying drugs, gambling, and hookers to blacks, while at the same time extorting protection from Asian business owners. No honor among thieves, I guess.
If the Tongs cannot spill black blood, then they are no Tongs, but blacks.
