I live in a over 55 community and unfortunately it is chock full of Karens who will email the HOA board everytime they see somebody outdoors without a mask on. I know that I am the target of some of these complaints because I go out walking just about every day and I will absolutely not wear a mask when I am outdoors. Just like the author of this article, I keep one stuffed in my pocket so that I can wear one indoors as a courtesy to those who are caught up in the fear and panic. But outdoors...no way.
Fortunately the HOA board sticks up for me and others and defends our right to go maskless outdoors "so long as we maintain the social distance." Which is fine by me because honestly I don't want to be within 15 feet of these mindless sheep.
Fortunately there are many others in my community who are on my side.
A year into this madness, I don't think this is ever going away. A large segment of our population is obviously greatly enjoying all the masking up and the huddling indoors. They never want things to "go back to normal", that is obvious.
Many of the women (and some cucks) now consider them fashion accessories.
The propaganda media operated by the State has done a successful job in showing the Struggle Sessions and public shaming BY citizens AGAINST their fellow citizens for not wearing a mask — up to and including actual physical assault.
I’m sure that some wear the mask so that they won’t be hassled by the Mask Fascists.
I wear a mask in stores not for this reason, but because I’d rather save fighting for the real fighting...which is coming.
