"If you were online during January 2020 you likely saw the barrage of video clips that were supposedly coming out of China depicting ghastly “Coronavirus” scenes.
Most of those videos have been quietly wiped off the internet, but back in January and February those grisly videos were a viral sensation and they scared the sense out of Americans.
The videos captured supposed Coronavirus victims in various stages of pandemic horror. Some showed people foaming at the mouth and collapsing in the streets, while others featured ominous government officials wearing Hazmat suits, hovering over lifeless bodies struck down from the virus.
It was a virtual buffet of fear-porn, and Americans couldn’t get enough of it....

Two years ago, if you would have told Americans they would voluntarily shut down their businesses and lock themselves in their homes they would’ve laughed in your face. But those viral videos laid the groundwork for lockdown acceptance. They were the first of many perfectly-timed events that Americans would use to justify tossing away their rights and livelihood in exchange for harsh restrictions and lockdowns — after all, nobody wanted to foam at the mouth and keel over while shopping for cappuccino makers at Bed Bath & Beyond.

I didn’t really see much of that, except what was shown on news shows.
But it wouldn’t surprise me.

Apparently, some people were driven to think that very thing early.

Remember it very well. First I heard of “Coronavirus,” some co-workers were watching an online news report, saying things like “Whoa! People are just dropping in the streets, like it’s a poison gas or something! People in hazmat suits are out helping them!”
Yup. There was footage of people in business suits keeling over, screaming in pain.
Gaslighting, indeed.
Not sure who wrote this, but the writer made interesting observations. I remember this foolishness and was honestly taking part of it - until in April 2020, When I carved into my garage wall the overreaction to corona virus was ridiculous. Took me about two months. Unfortunately many are still hoodwinked and running head long to untested injections when they are young and healthy.
I remember the funeral fires from space as well as hazmat suit people disinfecting the streets, people being dragged into cars and people being locked into their apartments. I thought that was real.

Event 201 (COVID-19) is turning out to be the biggest hoax perpetrated on the masses in human history. The question is, to what end?

Aided to a massive degree by certain Freepers.
But there is nothing in the article that proves the videos were fake. There is no evidence, just the claim. The site’s scripts and .html is so ‘busy’, replete with needing to sign up to read, its not worth passing on or passing the smell test.
Perhaps that is why we keep seeing people dropping in the street - or maybe we are not. The world was played. It’s been a year, look around!

There were lots of threads, here, with these fake pics. I admit I was one who fell for the early news/images, in Jan of 2020.
Caught on, that we were being played, after a couple of months.
Kudos to the FReepers who called this a hoax, from the get go. They were sure right

There WERE videos of people panicking and falling dead in the street in those first days. We were all watching them in our office, aghast. That was the way “Corona” was being played early on.
That’s the ONLY way this got any traction, at all. Showing people sick in bed taking Nyquil probably wouldn’t have had the SHOCK effect they were looking for.
