Was locked up twice for discharging because a neighbor called in on me. And yes they went through my house without a warrant against my wife protests after they arrested me at gun point in my shop and put me in the car. I was lucky they did not take my firearms, only because this was 35 years ago. I had dispatched a rattlesnake at my place of business with .38 snake shot.

The second time it was a van backfiring at my auto service business as I was setting the distributor wire order. But I was already guilty before they got there because of my previous incident, same neighbor called without cause or investigation. But again they put me on the ground guns drawn and arrested me without proof or a firearm present. They searched the shop and found no firearms but they hauled me away anyhow leaving my business wide open and unattended.

Today they would have taken any firearms found. I have recently had this happen to a couple friends and a couple years later they are still fighting to get back their firearms at great cost. It has now gone beyond what the firearms were worth. So they are not getting them back. The cost will be too great.

Once they take them you are not getting them back... And because this country allows Ca to get away with these things all the other states are adopting the same practices. I wish folks would realize that Ca unconstitutional gun issues are truly their own issues also, even in all the other states. It all starts and is tested for citizen capitulation and acceptance in Ca first.

Annoying. Are you glad to have seen CA in the rear view mirror?
