California also even if you have a permit, even if you are in your home. You will be jailed while it is investigated and your home will be searched, and any and all firearms will be confiscated and never returned. It will be the end of life as you knew it, there is no way to win. And it will cost you everything else you own to “maybe” not go to prison for defending yourself. Not allowing yourself to be a victim is illegal in Ca and you will pay in one way or another. Your person and property are considered public property in common.

Umm, only if the body is found. :)

And, even the poshest (sp? richie) areas have within them an area that would easily accommodate another body. Just wander anywhere near one of the hundreds of “protected” homeless ghettos. This state is full of them.

As to eventual copper fallout, remember: all of my (other) guns were lost in a tragic boating (car theft) accident. In Ca you do have to fill a lost gun report, so you will get punished for “forgetting” that. But, your family is safe.
