The link is to a Youtube video of school children being taught to recite, in Chinese, "I am a black monster". "Low I.Q."
The narrator is upset.
Here is the description of he video:
Racist Chinese Calls Africans N-Word With Low IQ We are changing the narratives Of Mother Africa through Youtube videos One Country At Time.We are Currently In South Africa It's Time For Africans To Unite & Tell Their Own Story!-AFRICA TO THE WORLD

It appears to be legitimate, but could easily be faked. There is no real provenance of the video.
Which n-word? There are so many words that start with the letter ‘N’.
It’s true. Chinese absolutely hate Africans (they invited many into the country on student and work visas). In Africa, they are in charge and mainly keep separate from Africans.
Verification of what I’ve always said. The two most racist cultures on the planet are Asian. Indian and Communist Chinese.
bkmk
When it came time for my youngest sister to be naturalized at about the age of four (all my siblings are adopted from Korea) I worked very hard to teach her the phrase “I am a commie spy” but all she would ever say is “You are a commie spy.”
Those Asians are smart.
Have you considered Japan? My Grandad, a Navy lifer, and my mother, who got a second long stint in Japan to re-enforce her childhood time while Dad got to take cruises up and down the Mekong, have many stories.
Perhaps the most succinct is the horror that Brown vs. Board of Education was met with among the educated Japanese that Grandad knew, which was further exacerbated by it being pointed out that the Japanese would be considered on the coloured end of the spectrum.
Nuts, now I gotta learn Chinese to verify this.
A full-length documentary (1:15).Well worth the time.
An interesting character study, I would have liked to have learned more about the two protagonists (antagonists?).
Empire of Dust - China in Africa

In the documentary Empire of Dust, featured in the “Panorama” section of this year’s International Film Festival Amsterdam (IDFA), director Bram Van Paesschen explores the fraught relationship between the Congolese and the Chinese, as shown through their efforts to build a road between two major cities in the DRC.Dec 4, 2011

Yeah was stationed in Japan mid-2000s. Yokota and Misawa. No Gaijin signs up at all the bars... got in to some cuz of my age (double the age of most servicemen that would frequent the area.
But I have a personal hatred of Communist China and India (deported from
China after I was caught using a VPN to access Facebook etc in 2010, and permanently unemployed in the US due to Indian H1B scumbags.
Well, there seem to be quite a few blacks who hate Asians and whites.
That is worth watching. The Chinese will learn the phrase “Africa wins again”.

I see it as legit.
Note the stamped steel spike strips on top of the brick wall in South Africa.
More attractive than razor wire coils, but very nasty to climb over.
See 14.

I totally 100% disagree. The Chinese will not send missionaries and teachers, they will just eliminate the Africans. In 50 years, there will be more Chinese than Africans in Africa. In 100, there may be no Africans in Africa at all.
The Chinese bioweapon efforts are heavily slanted toward genetics. They won’t keep Africans around any longer than they need to. They just bribe and buy off the political elites in the near term, then they move toward coercion (”plomo o plata”) and finally it will be elimination, probably by a targeted bioweapon, or a slow-acting poison in the foods that the Chinese produce for mass consumption by native Africans.
Anyplace on Planet Earth that there are 100 Chinese construction workers, there is a squad (at least) of special ops troops who are the “enforcers” when the bribed politicians try to slip the leash. Anywhere there are a thousand Chinese workers, there is a company of special ops troops, etc.
They are not sending missionaries. They are not soft and sentimental like Europeans were, for the most part, by comparison. (Belgians excluded.)
Or look at the USA. It was in our power at the end of the 19th century to totally exterminate the Native Americans, but we did not.
The Chinese will have zero compunctions about exterminating the Africans, and turning Africa 100% into China’s “New World,” minus the Africans.

The abbreviated version is the worst. :)
Razor wire runs about a buck a foot around here.
Just saying.

Get out! Did you really do that ?
