An even worse result is the secondary consequence: Small landlords will often be forced to sell their properties at fire sale prices. The buyers? Large corporate who are often controlled by foreign enemies, and are friends of china joe and the demokkkrats.

This hoax is designed to transfer large sums of wealth from the small business class to large corporate interests and government.

In California the local county rule is to have to give 60 days notice and a months rent for moving expensive.

They will never pay back the owed rent.

So what will happen is the State will end up with the property.
