I have 20 PT exercises to do daily, and I religiously do 19 of the 20.
Of course it helps that my wife, an RN all of her adult life keeps an eagle eye on me for 17 of those reps. Two, we do together. Then, I skip #20.
Bending over and getting back up vertically when one is over 80 is not a great exercise.:)
