Critics in Michigan, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and California have pointed to similarities with Cuomo’s approach among those states, all of whom have Democratic governors.

One of the butt licking talking points of the media in NE was what a great job Cuomo was doing leading the effort coordinating the tri-state response to the lockdowns and associated policies with Murphy and Wolf. Looking back, it wouldn't surprise me if this nursing home policy was a part of those conversations so it looked like they were all on the same page.
