These dogs are recent “adoptions” from what I gather from others. They’ve already had who knows what in their pasts, and basically they’re still not in a stable situation.
A dog that would just bite people for being too much around - is unstable. These dogs would be rejected (or should be) for police/MIL work.
Why really doesn’t matter. Except to perhaps help condition him into stable character.
One GSD is apparently a long time BiXiden fam member.
The biter GSD is a new add to the pack.
BiXiden is NOT in charge of the new add dog, nor much of anything else in the White Basement.
I think that the dogs are probably acutely aware of the presidents dementia and are used to calm the president. Most dogs are emotionally tied to there person and if that person is disturbed the dog would be to. lots of dog get agitated and are dangerous if the person they are emotionally tied to gets agitated becouse they will look to there human for guidance in social situation. if that human is incapable of providing it the dog will become overtly protective and unpredictable in there behavior.
