Wisconsin's Supreme Court is striking down Gov. Tony Evers' statewide face mask mandate.
The 4-3 ruling was issued in a 78-page decision Wednesday morning.
Republican lawmakers filed suit in October on the mandate.
They said the governor did not have the authority to extend the state's public health emergency beyond 60 days without approval from the legislature.
The majority of justices agreed.

We have now sunk to the point where we have scheduled and structured anarchy.
Rumor is the Kansas state legislature is going to get rid of their mask mandate very soon. Override that horrible Governor’s rulings.

Because only the insane are true anarchists. Talk to self proclaimed anarchists and youll find that almost all of them are actually anarcho-syndicalists or some close facsimile thereof. Push any anarcho-syndicalist on their beliefs and youll find that they are really just displaced out of power extra confused and crabby socialists scheming on being in control in the future when they come to power.
Good! Does it take effect immediately? Because I’m sick and tired of wearing it at work. They even make us wear it in the breakroom. I started eating in my car.
I struck down the mask mandate as soon as I got back here 3 months ago. After living in the south and traveling before I got back, after 20 years of absence. I saw the places that weren’t doing anything and had no problems, with their health. To much mask-hysteria in southern Wisconsin.
Of course the MSM covered stuff like this for ratings! S/
