$12 billion investment target funding to ensure new jobs created in clean energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure are open and accessible to women and people of color.

That is the most preposterous thing I've ever hears. All those jobs are open NOW to everybody willing to work hard, show up on time, get trained, don't do dope, follow orders, do good work, and don't sass the boss.

Somehow I don't see a lot of women doing this "clean energy" work...
