People who before legalization were responsible enough to not use marijuana because it was illegal, will after legalization be responsible enough to not drive stoned because that remains illegal. Ergo, no rise in stoned driving.If THAT is ehat you believe then by all means keep believing it.
Which part seems difficult to believe? Responsible people act responsibly.
