Guessing Trump ordered it closed and refused to take migrants there because he sent them back when in office. Now that biden has opened borders all these places maybe used and there will be a over run of facilities. If they know the places are open and can get housing and care then they will flood every border close.
Someone is going to make a lot of money from the public funds thrown at these efforts!
