Wrong private businesses do not have unlimited authority to decide who or what one must do in order to enter their business. We have things called laws the restict or force businesses from doing such things. For instance a business can not tell Jews that they have to wear a star to enter.
Under your belief a business could force anyone to ingest anything if they wanted to enter. Don’t say it is a choice one has a choice to face the consequences if they like because that is baloney when in reality some of these businesses are needed for people to eat and survive. At that point there is no choice.
Not unlimited but very broad. Unless the discrimination is on the basis of religion, disability, age, race or sex they can do pretty much whatever they want as far as the federal government's concerned. Some states may have additional protections for sexual orientation, trans rights, etc.

My beliefs don't enter into it. It's the Constitution and our laws.
