I don’t understand the Judge’s ‘wrist tap’ decision either.
I’m hoping there are still ways to render punishment to these two before they treat somebody else this way.
You know they’re going to be bragging that “I got away with murder, Dude! They can’t touch me!”
Couldn’t Civil Charges be brought against them?
I only ask that because this is often how the Left will treat a Cop who has just been acquitted over a particular accusation. They are allowed to do this w/o it being called

Title 18? If it could be proved the assailants knew the kid was ghey and attacked him thusly, maybe. Otherwise, no Federal coverage.

The only thing to look forward to is guess which kid trips a probie violation first.
I think the parents already sued the school in the perpetrators. The school’s lawyers tried to argue with the parents fault. Eventually they were forced to retreat from that position.
