Had it been an insurrection the gallows wouldn’t have been quarter or third scale ... among other potential differences,

I still contend if in fact was an insurrection, the number of congressman’s rotting corpuses would have still hanging from the lightposts outside the Peoples House, (you remember the Peoples house, the one as of late with the fence and razor wire that remains encircled to prevent us from addressing our rulers) to this day
