That's a long way off, considering his health and mental status. I believe he'll be dead before then, as he appears to be senescent and rapidly fading away.
I agree he'll not make it that far.....but the idea is to stretch Him out as long as possible ....besides those running things love working behind the scenes completely unaccountable.
