At this point, there is little difference between a prosecution and persecution .
The delay without bail for the defendants, merely points out the fact that these are political prosecutions
by a government which has unlimited financial resources against a populace with limited, restricted resources.
Our most fabled law enforcement agency can't seem to get their facts in order enough for judicial review or determination.
Since these cases have received so much notoriety, it is not unreasonable to demand the court for a 'change of venue',
lest this political circus be considered nothing less than a Federal political "kangaroo court".(Redundancy is necessary for amphasis)

The corrupt FBI has been employing this tactic for a long time. Keep the person in jail without bail. Pyscologically torture and threaten them to confess to a crime they didn’t commit.

The FBI is nothing more than a thug gang enforcement arm of the Dems, meting out beatdowns to political opponents. They’ll fabricate evidence, torture, and destroy anyone who gets in their way. The cynical side of me says that these judges know how bad the optics are, even if the media/Democrats are trying to make it look like those detained are the equivalent of the Boston bombers or the 9/11 hijackers.
It's also why the fences and concertina wire were taken down.
That's not to say the DC swamp isn't proceeding apace with their March to despotism, but like the Q-Anon psyop, there is an awareness to keep the population mollified.
Political prisoners become martyrs.

Now just maybe these judges understand the horror that awaits if the government continues on this path unchecked. I truly hope that is the case.

How well I remember the Lois Learner (led) campaign against the surging Tea Party movement in Obama's Administration!
