Run the port side bow anchor ashore about 500 feet at about 300 degrees off the fore/aft line of the ship and set it. Have the freighter use her deck winch help winch herself off.

If tug boats can't tow it off what chance would the ship's windlass have of dragging it off?

All that and put a huge noodle around it and float her up just like tubers on the Frio River in Texas!!!!!!!

Hey, put a big flat tube around it about 10’ below water, air it up, start engines and she’s off!!!
