If I were a looney liberal who believes this tripe, I’d be asking “If she has this power then why would are we allowing any Republicans to be seated?”
The Supremes got involved in the Adam Clayton Powell fiasco and sort of decided their power was more limited. Doesn't mean they can't reclaim that power and tell the Supreme's to stuffit.
Laws they have since passed do not however void the Constitution, since they control the House Senate and Presidency the Supremes can only make rulings they can't enforce them.
